Post Welcome to the Covenant Reply with quote

Welcome to the Covenant of Vampires Message Board. Currently our web page is down, so we are using the message board as a way to relay vital information about the Covenant to the players. First, if you are reading this page, you probably play Ultima Online and are on the Shard of Catskills. If you do not meet these requirements, you may as well leave the board now, as it will not offer you any advantages to read on.

The Covenant of Vampires is based on a table top role-played game called Vampire the Masquerade. All information is used without their permission and that is ok, because no one has in the eight year history of the Covenant of Vampires ever made a penny of profit from the Covenant.

If you are looking for a guild to join, and you are interested in role-playing a vampire, perhaps we have something to offer you. If you read through some of the pages, and you like what you see, navigate the message board to the Interested in Joining the Covenant? Thread ( http://www.covuo.com/viewtopic.php?t=25 ). You can also send an email to JoinCOV@Yahoo.com.

We role-play the most evil and depraved of all vampires. And you need to be ready to be treated IN CHARACTER as such. If you are a new member, you will be a servant of vampire masters, and your treatment will (should, but hardly ever is) be horrible. This is all meant to be in good fun, and to portray our characters in the right darkness. In character the Covenant is a dictatorship. The clan founders have the only voice, and they are not to be questioned. That is just in character however, out of character (where it really matters) all members are to be treated as friends and peers, regardless of their rank. From the brand new ghoul all the way to the founders themselves, everyone is to be treated with respect. There will be times when leadership is needed, in hunts or wars someone needs to be in command, to ensure that everyone is working towards the same goal. All members in leadership roles, must remember this one simple rule. People will only follow if they feel that the leader has everyone’s best interest in mind and if each member is treated with respect.

Be good to each other, or find a different guild to join.
