Image Upload Feature Added

I've added a feature to the board where members can upload pictures and embed them in posts. Any photos uploaded should be related to Ultima Online ONLY - no personal pictures, pictures from other websites, etc.

It's really easy to do - just click on the "Upload Picture" button when posting a new topic.

(This is way better than the previous image upload option, which was an external hosted service that was prone to problems.)

This will make it really easy for us to upload in-game screenshots of clan meetings, hunts, or general fun in UO. Enjoy!
